Perkiness is annoying when it's happening to someone else
Happiness is:+ an amazing hair day
+ morning glories by the doggies
+ Dave Matthews Band mp3s (thanks Dee!)
+ kind American stranger offering to send me a copy of Jared Diamond's Collapse.
+ inexplicable feelings of happiness and contentment (although I'm usually perkier in the mornings)
Monday blues? Bah.

I'm sorry.. but I just had to comment - I've wandered in to your blog a few times because we happen to share an uncommon name (uncommon spelling, at least).
What prompted me to comment this time is the Dave Matthews Band mp3 comment. I am a big DMB fan and have been going to their shows for almost ten years now.
Anyway.. just thought it was amusing that you mentioned them. If you ever want some more music, look me up.. I'd be glad to spread it! :)
